World Cup 2026 Canada is an independent fan project dedicated to providing comprehensive information, resources, and tools to help fans navigate and enjoy the historic 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada. This will be the first time Canada hosts matches in a men's World Cup, making it a truly historic occasion for Canadian soccer.
Canada is co-hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup alongside the United States and Mexico, with matches taking place in Toronto and Vancouver. Our platform offers everything you need to plan your World Cup journey, from itinerary building and budget estimation to cultural guides, match schedules, and community engagement.
Canada will host 13 matches across two cities:
- Toronto (BMO Field / "Toronto Stadium"): Six matches including Canada's historic opening match on June 12, 2026—the first men's World Cup game on Canadian soil. Five group-stage games plus one Round of 32 knockout match.
- Vancouver (BC Place / "BC Place Vancouver"): Seven matches including Canada's second and third group matches on June 18 and June 24. Five group-stage games, one Round of 32, and one Round of 16 match. BC Place features a retractable roof perfect for Pacific weather.
Both cities will host official FIFA Fan Festivals™ with giant screens, live entertainment, food, and cultural programming throughout the tournament period (June 11–July 19, 2026).
